Terry Harris attended Watervliet High School in Watervliet, Michigan. Terry was a four year varsity starter on the football and baseball teams, where he earned Offensive Player of the Year, Co-Defensive Player of the Year, and WSJM Player of the Week honors. He continued his football and baseball careers at Elmhurst College while earning a B.A. degree in Special Education. He completed his Masters Degree in Educational Technology from National-Louis University and also completed a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. Terry started his coaching career at Wauconda High School as a varsity assistant coach and Head Sophomore football coach and Head Sophomore baseball coach. He came to Glenbrook South in 2001, and served as the Sophomore Assistant football coach for two years before becoming the Head Freshman Coach in 2003. He served as the Head Freshman baseball coach in 2007 and has been the Head Sophomore/JV coach since 2008. Outside of Glenbrook South High School, Terry has also coached the Glenview Flyers (16u) and the Glenview Bombers (18u) with the Glenview Amateur Baseball organization. Most recently, Coach Harris had the pleasure of leading the 10u, 11u, 13u, and 14u Glenview Patriots.
In his spare time, Terry enjoys traveling, family, and enjoying friends. Terry has been married to Karin since 2000 and they are proud parents of Teighan and Brady.
